Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM

We’re seeking unique and supernaturally inspired vendors to join us for this one-of-a-kind paranormal celebration! Whether you sell witchy wares, paranormal gear, mystical art, or metaphysical curiosities—there’s a space for you at Texas ParaPalooza.

• Outdoor 10x10 space

• No electricity provided – please bring solar or battery-powered lighting if needed

• Tables, chairs, canopies, and displays must be provided by the vendor

• Spaces are first-come, first-served – placement will be assigned on arrival unless otherwise arranged

• This is a rain or shine event – no refunds

• All vendors must be set up and ready by 10:AM for VIPs 

• Break down begins after 6 PM – no early tear-downs

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and secure

• Limited space available – secure your booth early!

• Food or beverage sales must be pre-approved
